Function Rooms

ROOMS FOR HIRE

The Club has several rooms available for hire, to cater for the needs of small groups and larger parties.
Downstairs we have two smaller rooms, suitable for meetings of smaller groups, with an additional one upstairs.

  • The Board room is a small meeting room that can seat up to 8 comfortably
  • The Card Room is a bigger room which can seat up to around 15/20 people comfortably ad can be hired out for meeting or small gatherings
  • Upstairs there is a spacious function room, with air conditioning and a self contained bar. This room can be laid out to allow for business meetings, or informal and formal social occasions, such as wedding receptions, birthday party’s. There is a fully equipped kitchen which can also be hired for use.
  • The main bar downstairs can also be hired out, which can comfortably seat 40/50.

We are hoping to start in house catering for functions from June 2024. Please contact Sarah during club opening times for more information.

Disabled access is available by stairlift, however there is a couple of steps up in the the function room

Standard Prices are currently

Function Room only – £15 Per Hour

Function Room + Bar – £25 Per Hour

Function Room + Kitchen – £20 Per Hour

Function Room + Bar & Kitchen – £30 Per Hour

Card Room – £10 Per Hour

Board Room – £10 Per Hour

Green Room – £10 Per Hour

Main Bar – £15 Per Hour

These are standard prices and can be flexible if you are hiring the room for a regular/longer period

All rooms are available for booking to members or non members.
